This Privacy Notice explains how Adi Kolesnikov (trading as 'Digital Detoxer') collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit digitaldetoxer.com or purchase the 7-Day Digital Detox Blueprint.
1. Who we are
Adi Kolesnikov (referred to as "we", "us", or "Digital Detoxer") is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through digitaldetoxer.com. You can contact us at support@digitaldetoxer.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly β such as your name and email when you purchase or contact us β and information collected automatically, such as device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages viewed. Payment card details are collected by our payment processor (see section 5) and are not stored on our systems.
3. How we use your information and legal basis
We use your information to (a) deliver the products you purchase and provide customer support β legal basis: performance of a contract; (b) send order-related and service emails β legal basis: performance of a contract; (c) secure the site, prevent fraud, and improve our products β legal basis: our legitimate interests; and (d) comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations β legal basis: legal obligation.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with:
- Paddle.com Market Ltd β our Merchant of Record and payment processor. Paddle handles all order transactions, billing, tax, invoicing, and refunds, and acts as an independent controller for that data. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
- Service providers who help us host the site, deliver email, and provide analytics.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.
5. Payments (Merchant of Record)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Any payment information you enter is submitted directly to Paddle and is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice.

We use cookies to keep the site running and, where enabled, understand how visitors use it. See our Cookie Policy for details.
7. Data retention
We keep account and order-related information for as long as needed to provide the product and comply with tax and accounting obligations (typically up to 7 years for transaction records). Support correspondence is retained for up to 3 years. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. UK/EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. 9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures β including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable hosting providers β to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep risks low.
10. International transfers
Some of our service providers (including Paddle) may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
11. Children
Digital Detoxer is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
