Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Our order process and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. When we approve a refund, Paddle processes it back to your original payment method.

To request a refund, either visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email you used at checkout, or email support@digitaldetoxer.com with your order confirmation and a short note about your experience so we can improve the program.

Approved refunds are typically processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory refund or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
